Many pieces, especially from our Astrid and Audrey collections or made-to-order items, are crafted upon purchase, leading to variable production times.

3.2 Product Information

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, slight variations in wood grain, color, and texture are inherent to natural materials and handcraftsmanship, and are not considered defects but characteristics of a unique piece.

3.3 Services

We provide global shipping* and customer care. Our services are detailed in our Shipping & Returns policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

*Delivery to some remote areas in Asia and other regions may be limited or incur additional charges.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is confirmed only upon our acceptance of your order and receipt of full payment.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. You authorize us to charge the total amount, including shipping and applicable taxes, to your chosen payment method.

4.3 Order Processing and Timeline

• Order Processing: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Production Time: For made-to-order items, production times vary and will be communicated upon order confirmation.
• Shipping & Delivery:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): Via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays due to customs, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility, though we will assist where possible.

5. Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

Our comprehensive Shipping & Returns policy is an integral part of these Terms. Key points include:

• Return Window: Requests must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Eligibility: Items must be unassembled, unused, in original packaging with all materials intact.
• Non-Returnable Items: Made-to-order/customized furniture, clearance items, and assembled pieces (e.g., Bedroom Sets) are final sale.
• Process: Contact [email protected] for an RMA number. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is ours.
• Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 10 business days of approved return inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
